Baseball Recap: The Christian Academy Wins Going Away Against Alliance Christian

The Christian Academy's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 12-6 margin over the Alliance Christian Gryphons. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for The Christian Academy considering their one-run performance the match before.

King Santomeri made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Santomeri was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Judah Gray, who scored two runs and stole Seven bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Cam Boswell, who scored two runs and stole Four bases. while going 2-for-3.

The Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. The Christian Academy will face off against Gloucester County Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Alliance Christian, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Conestoga Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Alliance Christian is coming into the game on a 14-game losing streak dating back to last season.
