Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nelsonville-York). They put the hurt on the Federal Hocking Lancers with a sharp 89-64 victory on Saturday. For the Buckeyes, this counts as revenge for the 72-65 win the Lancers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Nelsonville-York has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points over those games. As for Federal Hocking, they dropped their record down to 4-18 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Nelsonville-York will head out to challenge Wellston at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Federal Hocking, they will be playing at home against Clay at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
