Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Reese Stafford and Avery Seif Lead Caledonia to Victory + How To Watch

Caledonia had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday. The Fighting Scots put the hurt on the Rockets with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Caledonia was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 25-11.

Leading Caledonia to victory were Avery Seif and Reese Stafford. Seif had 17 digs and one assist, while Stafford had 13 assists and five aces. Stafford has been hot, having posted 13 or more assists the last six times she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Caledonia was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. They are 9-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Caledonia's victory bumped their record up to 19-16. As for Reeths-Puffer, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 19-16.
