Soccer Recap: Corry Takes a Loss

Corry lost against Titusville last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Beavers fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Corry have lost by just one goal.

Corry's loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Titusville, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

Coming up, Corry will take on Conneaut Area at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Titusville, they will square off against Franklin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Titusville will be up against Franklin's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.07 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
