Tina-Avalon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 60-35 to the Meadville Eagles. One positive for the Dragons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Meadville was led to victory by Kinlee Fletcher and Lexi Kiel. Fletcher dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds, while Kiel went 9 of 14 en route to 22 points along with six steals and five assists. Kiel continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Tessa Link was another key player, putting up ten points and seven boards.

Tina-Avalon's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Meadville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.

While Tina-Avalon had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
