Preview: Lehman vs. Hays
The Lehman Lobos will head out on the road to face off against the Hays Hawks at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Lehman nor Hays posted many goals in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.
Lehman has not won a game since January 8th, a trend which continued on Friday. They fell 2-0 to Lockhart.
Meanwhile, Hays fell victim to Liberty Hill's stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hays in their matchups with Liberty Hill: they've now lost three in a row.
Lehman's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Hays, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6-3 record this season.
