They were dealt a 53-24 defeat at the hands of Edmund Burke Academy. Surprisingly, this marked the Eagles' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Robert Toombs Christian Academy will have to contain Ethan Fields as he made an impact in David Emanuel Academy's last game. He posted 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals. That was a full 50% of David Emanuel Academy's points, marking the third time in a row Fields has scored more than a third of the team's points.

David Emanuel Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Robert Toombs Christian Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
