It was a good run, but Hononegah unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 5-2 to the Boylan Catholic Titans. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Hononegah struggled afterwards.

Sophia Plourde and Juliana Sather scored both of Hononegah's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Hononegah's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 9-5. As for Boylan Catholic, they pushed their record up to 10-2-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Hononegah wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 loss against Belvidere North on the 8th. As for Boylan Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 7-0 win against Harlem on the 8th.
