Volleyball Recap: Liberty Wins Going Away Against Arlington

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rancho Christian, Liberty was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Arlington Lions with a sharp 3-0 win. This was payback for the Bison, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

One reason for the win was Liberty's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-18, 25-13.

Liberty now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Arlington, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-17.

Liberty wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Poly on the 10th. Hopefully Arlington paid attention to the Bison's matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bison at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
