Basketball Recap: Oconomowoc Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Oconomowoc lost to Waukesha West back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Oconomowoc Raccoons came out on top against the Waukesha West Wolverines by a score of 63-51.

Oconomowoc's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5. As for Waukesha West, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oconomowoc will take on Waukesha South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Oconomowoc knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Waukesha South likes a good challenge. As for Waukesha West, they will face off against Kettle Moraine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kettle Moraine will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Waukesha West surely won't give up without a fight.
