Volleyball Recap: Pinecrest Prep Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westwood Christian, Pinecrest Prep was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against Archimedean by a score of 3-1. The Crocs haven't had any issues with Archimedean recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

While Pinecrest Prep might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Archimedean scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 19-25, 29-27, 25-20.

Pinecrest Prep's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Archimedean, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

After both having extra time off, Pinecrest Prep and Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Archimedean, they will square off against Greater Miami Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
