Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Placid). They claimed a resounding 46-19 win over the Keene Central Beavers. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Bombers had established a 23 point advantage.

Lake Placid's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Abbey Light, who posted 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellie Shipman, who scored 11 points.

Lake Placid's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Keene Central, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Looking ahead, Lake Placid won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Newcomb Central at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lake Placid is facing Newcomb Central at the right time seeing as Newcomb Central is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Keene Central, they and Chazy will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
