Baseball Recap: Southeast Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Southeast's offense. They came up short against the Bell Creek Academy Panthers on Wednesday, falling 10-0. The Seminoles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Beltran, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double was Beltran's first of the season.

Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Bell Creek Academy, the victory got them back to even at 3-3-1.

Looking ahead, Southeast will be playing in front of their home fans against Booker at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Booker is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season. As for Bell Creek Academy, they will head out to square off against Cambridge Christian at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
