Basketball Recap: Bear Creek Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Bear Creek waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the University Prep Pumas 57-31. The Grizzlies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Bear Creek was led to victory by Max Beiber and Conner Jensen. Beiber posted 22 points, while Jensen put up 20 points. Beiber's evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of James Whitlock, who earned eight points.

Bear Creek's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. As for University Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Bear Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 85-60 victory against Overlake on the 18th. University Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
