Softball Recap: Cabool Comes Up Short

Cabool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 16-0 to the Bakersfield Lions. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Lions this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-0 defeat on Saturday.

Cabool's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bakersfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Lions beat Cabool by a score of 15-0 later that day.
