Softball Recap: Lehigh Lightning vs. Dunbar Tigers

Lehigh extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to seven on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-4. They lost 18-1 to the Dunbar Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-2 two weeks ago.

As for Dunbar, they now have a winning record of 2-1. The high-scoring effort was just what they needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

For Dunbar's part, they got a massive performance out of Zoie Jackson, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run, three stolen bases, and four runs. Bri Shaw was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.

Coming up, Lehigh will head out to face off against Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dunbar, they will square off against Golden Gate at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
