Poway won the last time they faced Bonita Vista and things went their way on Saturday too. The Titans came out on top in a nail-biter against the Barons, sneaking past 8-6.

The team relied heavily on Parker Smith, who scored two runs while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Trenton Uyeda, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Poway always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .524. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Poway's record is now 5-7. As for Bonita Vista, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.
