Dysart had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Tempe Buffaloes. The Demons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Buffaloes, too.

Yasmeen Wunderlich and Karely Sanchez scored all three of Dysart's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Dysart's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three contests. As for Tempe, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-5.

As of now, neither Dysart nor Tempe have any future games scheduled.
