Basketball Recap: Mill River Takes a Loss

Mill River was the 35-28 winner over Sharon Academy when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mill River Minutemen fell to the Sharon Academy Phoenix 39-34.

Mill River has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Sharon Academy, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-13.

Coming up, Mill River will take on Mt. St. Joseph Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sharon Academy, they will face off against Rivendell Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
