Volleyball Game Preview: Carroll Tigers vs. North Polk Comets

Carroll hasn't had much luck against North Polk recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will challenge the Comets at 5:30 p.m. North Polk took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Carroll, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Carroll had just enough and edged out Storm Lake 2-1.

Meanwhile, North Polk entered their tilt with Woodward-Granger on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They fell 2-0 to the Hawks.

The victory got Carroll back to even at 9-9. As for North Polk, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Carroll came up short against North Polk when the teams last played back in September of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
