Soccer Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Powell Panthers, falling 3-0. Considering the last time Mountain View couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Mountain View now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Powell, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Mountain View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Powell, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Lyman on the 10th.
