West Lyon put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Central Lyon Lions a 10-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by eight runs or more this season.

West Lyon's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Central Lyon, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
