Baseball Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian was the 5-1 winner over Harris-Lake Park when they last played one another back in June of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers came up short against the Wolves on Monday, falling 8-2. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trinity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Harris-Lake Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10 record this season.

Trinity Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tigers are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Harris-Lake Park, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 6-5 victory against Sibley-Ocheyedan on the 1st.
