Basketball Recap: Crisfield Comes Up Short

Crisfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were dealt a 58-29 loss at the hands of the Nandua Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crabbers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-28 back in December of 2024.

Crisfield's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Nandua, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Pocomoke the next time they take the court. Crisfield will head out to face Pocomoke at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Nandua will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
