East Rockingham has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.14 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They walked away with a 14-11 win over the Spotswood Trailblazers. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won six contests in a row.

East Rockingham's win was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. As for Spotswood, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coincidentally, East Rockingham and Spotswood will both be playing Broadway the next time they take the field. The Trailblazers will head out to face the Gobblers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
