NOVA HomeSchool came tearing into Monday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Osbourn Eagles. Considering the Lions have won eight games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

NOVA HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Osbourn, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Coming up, NOVA HomeSchool will head out on the road to square off against Fredericksburg V at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Osbourn, they will host Unity Reed at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
