Central Noble is 8-2 against Angola since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hornets at 7:30 p.m.

Central Noble came up short against Fort Wayne South Side on Tuesday, falling 72-50.

Meanwhile, Angola had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 48-41 victory over Wawasee. The game was the first time the Hornets have beaten the Warriors on their court since November 30, 2019.

Central Noble better focus on containing Jacob Fraley and Ryan Stuckey as the pair were huge in Angola's win. Fraley went 6-for-9 en route to 16 points, while Stuckey posted eight points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. What's more, Fraley also posted a 67% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Niles Knox, who had seven points along with eight boards and three steals.

Things could have been worse for Central Noble, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 60-45 loss to Angola when the teams last played back in December of 2024.
