The Falls City Beavers got the win against the Freer Buckaroos on Thursday by a conclusive 18-12. Considering the Beavers have won 15 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Falls City is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Freer, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
