Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastmoor Academy). They really took it to the Briggs Bruins for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-38 victory. The score was close at the half, but the Warriors pulled away in the second half with 43 points.

Briggs' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Te'Asia Ray, who went 8 of 18 on her way to 19 points and six boards, and Mali Woods-Laws, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. The contest was Woods-Laws' fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Eastmoor Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 8-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Briggs, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
