Baseball Recap: Indian Trail Has No Trouble Against Kenosha Tremper

Indian Trail was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Kenosha Tremper on Tuesday. The Hawks put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 10-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won three matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Jack Zeller was incredible, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Talynn Ade, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI and one run.

Indian Trail's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Kenosha Tremper, they moved to 8-2-1 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

Indian Trail will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Trojans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
