Volleyball Recap: Jackson Find Success + How To Watch

Jackson proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Excel Panthers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 last Saturday.

Jackson wouldn't go down easily and took Excel into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-1, 24-26, 19-25, 15-12.

Despite the loss, Excel still got an impressive performance from Kensley Rowell, who had seven digs and two aces.

Jackson's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Excel, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jackson will challenge Demopolis at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Excel, they will welcome Blacksher at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
