Marlboro lost against Toms River North back in September of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs lost 4-1 to the Mariners.

Marlboro's loss dropped their record down to 4-3-3. As for Toms River North, their win bumped their record up to 4-7-4.

When Marlboro and Toms River North next hit the pitch, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Mustangs will try to stop Toms River South's seven-game winning streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Toms River North will challenge Notre Dame and their seven-game winning streak at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
