Recap: Hebron Hawks vs. Lewisville Farmers

The Hebron Hawks managed to keep up with the Lewisville Farmers until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Hebron suffered a tough 32-10 loss at the hands of Lewisville. Hebron has not had much luck with Lewisville recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Patrick Crayton Jr punched in a rushing scores. Drew Koster was his top target, picking up 60 receiving yards. On the ground, Nolan Ivery rushed for 33 yards.

Lewisville's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Viron Ellison, who rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries. Ellison hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for seven straight games. Ethan Terrell was another key contributor, rushing for 30 yards and a touchdown.

Hebron has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Lewisville, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Hebron does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lewisville will take on Allen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Allen is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
