Softball Recap: Jeffersontown Takes a Loss

Jeffersontown's last matchup with Whitefield Academy could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Chargers lost 15-0 to the Wildcats. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Chargers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Jeffersontown's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Whitefield Academy, they moved to 3-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Jeffersontown by a score of 16-0 later that day.
