Napavine typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Ilwaco proved too difficult a challenge. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Tigers 6-5. That's two games straight that the Fishermen have won by just one run.

Ilwaco has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for Napavine, they moved to 16-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
