Basketball Game Preview: Gleason Bulldogs vs. Greenfield Yellowjackets

Gleason and Greenfield are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Gleason Bulldogs will take on the Greenfield Yellowjackets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Gleason has three straight victories, Greenfield has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Tuesday, Gleason didn't have too much trouble with Dresden as they won 60-41.

Meanwhile, Greenfield was just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 76-75 to Lake County.

Greenfield's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Gleason, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Gleason skirted past Greenfield 59-57 when the teams last played on January 14th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gleason since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
