Basketball Game Preview: Dallas Thunder vs. Faith Lutheran Lions

Dallas Thunder will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Faith Lutheran Lions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dallas Thunder knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Faith Lutheran likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Dallas Thunder narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Covenant Christian 70-68.

Meanwhile, Faith Lutheran came up short against Lakewood Presbyterian on Monday and fell 37-28. While the Lions didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Knights 8-4 in the first quarter.

Dallas Thunder will have to contain Samuel Taylor as he made an impact in Faith Lutheran's last game. He posted 19 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Faith Lutheran and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Dallas Thunder, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
