Anderson came tearing into Friday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged the Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos out 63-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Indians have posted since November 30, 2024.

Anderson had a senior duo take command as Javon Warfield went 8 of 14 on his way to 19 points and six steals and Damien King went 9 for 18 en route to 24 points and eight rebounds. King's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Aaron Morgan, who posted nine points and six boards.

Anderson's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. As for Lafayette Jefferson, the loss snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 10-3 record.
