Volleyball Game Preview: Corona Panthers vs. Centennial Huskies + How To Watch

Corona hasn't had much luck against Centennial recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Panthers will face off against the Huskies at 5:45 p.m.

Corona lost 3-0 to Santiago on Wednesday.

While Corona was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-11, 25-23.

Roosevelt typically has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday Centennial proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Mustangs 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won four in a row.

Centennial never let Roosevelt on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18, 26-24.

Corona better keep an eye on Mckenna Giles. She was instrumental in Centennial's win, getting 12 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Giles has posted over her last seven matchups.

Corona's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Centennial, their record now sits at 23-11.

Corona suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Centennial when the teams last played back in September. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
