Volleyball Recap: Redbank Valley Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

After losing to Mercer the last time they met, Redbank Valley decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs walked away with a 3-1 win over the Mustangs on Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 19-25, 25-16.

Redbank Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season. As for Mercer, their loss ended a 12-match streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-3.

Looking ahead, Redbank Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Allegheny-Clarion Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mercer, they will host Grove City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
