Football Recap: Waco Christian Takes a Loss

Waco Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against Grayson Christian, falling 62-14. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 68-18 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Mason Graham threw for 43 yards on three of 12 attempts.

Waco Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Grayson Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Waco Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 58-19 victory against Big Springs Charter on the 19th. As for Grayson Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 47-0 win against St. Paul's Prep on the 19th.
