Football Game Preview: Gladbrook-Reinbeck vs. Baxter

Gladbrook-Reinbeck will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Baxter at 7:00 PM. The team will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Everything went Gladbrook-Reinbeck's way against Melcher-Dallas last Friday as the squad secured a 93-6 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Gladbrook-Reinbeck.

Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Baxter, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They captured a comfortable 42-22 victory over Collins-Maxwell. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Baxter as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Their wins bumped Gladbrook-Reinbeck to 2-2 and Baxter to 1-3. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
