Crystal City's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Addison Bova, who went 11 of 21 on her way to 33 points, and Molly Reiter, who went 8 for 19 en route to 22 points. The contest was Bova's fifth in a row with at least ten points.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, St. Paul Lutheran's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 61-43 bruising from Arcadia Valley.
Crystal City will have to contain Brooklyn Weibrecht as she made an impact in St. Paul Lutheran's last game. She dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Weibrecht has been hot, having posted nine or more boards the last eight times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Julie Lunsford, who went 5 of 11 en route to 12 points.
