Warner never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past the Gettysburg Battlers to the tune of 41-0. The Monarchs' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Warner's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.0 points on average over those games. As for Gettysburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
