Meanwhile, T.W. Andrews can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 20-10 margin over North Forsyth. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Red Raiders' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for T.W. Andrews, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Everything went High Point Central's way against T.W. Andrews in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, as High Point Central made off with a 17-1 victory. Will High Point Central repeat their success, or does T.W. Andrews have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
