Volleyball Recap: Lilly Ringhofer and Frankie Vonderahe Secure Win for St. Joseph's Academy

The St. Joseph's Academy Angels beat the Parkway West Longhorns 3-1 on Wednesday.

Leading St. Joseph's Academy to victory were Frankie Vonderahe and Lilly Ringhofer. Vonderahe had 20 digs and three assists, while Ringhofer had four aces. Those four aces gave Ringhofer a new career-high.

St. Joseph's Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10-1 record this season. As for Parkway West, with the loss, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-11-3.

Coming up, St. Joseph's Academy will square off against Marquette at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Parkway West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
