Breckenridge has gone 8-2 against Montabella recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Huskies will head out on the road to challenge the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Breckenridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Breckenridge not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since May 2nd (when they won 11-0). They put the hurt on Merrill with a sharp 17-6 win. Considering the Huskies have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Leah Wale was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up six earned runs off nine hits. Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-5 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Breckenridge got a massive performance out of Ava Colthorp, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most runs Colthorp has posted since back in April. Emma Tinson was another key player, going 3-for-5 with three runs and three RBI.
