Football Game Preview: Englewood Stem Panthers vs. Solorio Sun Warriors

The Englewood Stem Panthers will venture away from home to challenge the Solorio Sun Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Englewood Stem comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Englewood Stem made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Richards, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Solorio fell victim to Longwood and their airtight defense on Saturday. They took an 8-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers.

Englewood Stem's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Solorio, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything came up roses for Englewood Stem against Solorio in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, as the team secured a 52-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
