Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Arts Takes a Loss

Milwaukee Arts lost against Washington back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Milwaukee Arts Crimson Stars were beaten by the Washington Purgolders 99-36.

Washington got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Solomon Dotson out in front who posted 20 points. The game was Dotson's fourth in a row with at least 19 points. Darion Wash was another key player, putting up 20 points.

Milwaukee Arts dropped their record down to 4-16 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Washington, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 13-5.

Looking ahead, Milwaukee Arts will challenge Eastbrook Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Washington, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Milwaukee Madison at 5:30 p.m. One thing working in Washington's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 contests.
