Volleyball Recap: Clemente Falls to Collins

Clemente was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Collins Warriors.

While Clemente was not able to put a set on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final set scores wound up at 25-12, 25-23.

Clemente has now lost 10 of their last 12 games at home. That's part of the reason why they have a 3-7 record this season. As for Collins, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

After both having extra time off, Clemente and Instituto Health Sciences will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Collins does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
